What is a lead form?
The lead form functions like your public document request website. You can share your public lead form with your clients to send you documents or answer questions before any commitment.
Can I set email and text reminders?
Yes, you can select the numbers of reminders that will be sent, the channels of reminders such as text or email, and expiry date for the reminders.
Is it secure?
Various functions of our system are distributed across different systems. These distributions are strategic to maintain security, efficiency and speed. Clients data is protected behind eight layers of professional security protocols. FYI, majority of the data breaches happen at the surface three layers, your confidential data is at least eight layers deep.
Any plans about AI integrations?
Absolutely. We are actively working on OpenAI and Gemini AI integrations, so you can chat with your client’s data. You can ask to extract various information or write you a submission letter based on the data/files provided by your client.
Can I attach forms to the request?
Absolutely. Once you create a new document request, at the right hand bottom section you will be able to attach your documents or forms that you would like the receiver to fill out or sign.

While you can directly download individual files or a zip folder for all the files, we are working on the integrations and will be available soon in version 2.0.
Can you tell us about the future plans?
We will provide you with complete paperless experience so you will not need any paper in your office. We will communicate each milestone with our clients/visitors as soon as we are ready to implement.
